Our Policies.

  • Deposits.

    ➡To book an appointment, Bleu Honey now requires a 50% NON- REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR ALL SERVICES. This includes online, over the phone and in person bookings.

    ➡If you book multiple services, the charge is 50% of the total sum of the services.

    ➡The deposit will go towards the full amount of your service(s). The difference you owe will populate upon time of checkout.

    ➡If you have a package, or multiple service packages with us, a deposit is NOT required however, if there is a no call no show, a package will be deducted from your profile.

  • Cancellations.

    ➡We have a 24 hour rescheduling policy in place. If you need to reschedule, please do so via phone or email 24 hours prior to your appointment. Your service time will be moved, and your deposit will go towards your new scheduled appointment time.

    ➡If you reschedule within the 24 hours, the deposit will be forfeited and you must make a new appointment with a new deposit.

    ➡Any canceled appointments will forfeit the deposit.

    ➡We reserve the right to block any clients from future bookings for ‘No showing’ to appointments.

  • What if I am late or do not show for my appointment? What happens to my deposit?

    ➡ We have put a 5 minute grace period in place. If you are running behind for your scheduled appointment time, please call and let us know so we can plan accordingly.

    ➡ Any tardiness over 5 minutes may result in a rescheduled appointment and a loss of your deposit.

    ➡ If Bleu Honey staff has to call you to inquire about your location during the time of your appointment, this is considered a no call/no-show and you will be charged the full amount of your service.

    ➡ If there is a no call no show, the full amount of the service will be charged. The deposit will NOT go towards the next scheduled service.

    ➡ If you’d like to rebook a service, you are welcome to do so, a new deposit will be required.

  • Menstrual Cycles

    ➡Out of respect for our estheticians, and in efforts to keep the salon as sanitary as possible, we are no longer servicing those on their moon cycles. If you have started your cycle and have a Brazilian/ Bikini service scheduled, please call us to reschedule for a date that your cycle is COMPLETELTY FINISHED.

    If you come in on your cycle, you will be declined service and asked to reschedule.

    The cancellation policy still applies. Thank you for understanding.
